THE ENTERPRISE DIFFERENCE

Your enterprise.
Your models. Your rules.

Build AI / SI around your organization: its people, reporting lines, approved infrastructure and operating budget. docbots.io brings them together through an engineer-led deployment.

Your business boundaries.

Plan your domain, hosting, access and approval policies together. Choose which workflows use external services and which stay on approved local infrastructure.

A model for every role.

Assign compatible models to individual bots. Combine approved providers, APIs and local GPUs across departments without rebuilding your organization chart.

Spend where it matters.

Use lighter models for routine work and stronger models for demanding tasks. Configure budgets and account routing around cost, capacity and quality.

Plan your deployment

docbots.io capabilities are configured through the Deployment Engineer Service; supported models, integrations, infrastructure and controls are agreed for each deployment. External models and services process the data you authorize them to receive. Cost savings depend on workloads, provider terms and infrastructure. This is a feature comparison, not an independent security ranking.

Sources & comparison notes

Reviewed October 6, 2026. Competitor capabilities vary by plan and change over time. “Not documented” means the reviewed sources do not establish that feature; it does not mean the feature is impossible. Both competitors offer security and administrative controls.

SECURITY FIRST. ORGANIZATION WIDE.

One place for AI / SI.
Your entire enterprise.

Bring your people, models and automations under one chain of command. Design access, oversight and approvals around the way your organization actually works.

Your organization.
Your rules.

Manage employee and user prompts, access, agent abilities, automations and activity through a central admin panel, with an administrative agent supporting your team.

YOUR DATA POLICYNo data leaves without approval from the right level of leadership.

Our deployment engineers configure and validate the data routes, model connections and approval requirements that put your policy into practice.

Choose cloud models through approved APIs, or run compatible local models on your own GPUs. Keep sensitive work local and decide which external services your organization authorizes.

FROM THE ENTERPRISE TO YOUR DESKTOP.

Meet your next teammate.

Invite employees to the bots they need, right on their desktops. Give each person an easy-to-use teammate that helps take care of the work they normally do by hand.

With your approved tools and workflows connected, bots can update spreadsheets each day, check inboxes, add meetings to calendars, and turn action items from Zoom or Teams calls into to-dos. Assign those tasks to other bots in your organization, track their progress, and let your people focus on directing the work.

Give every bot a role, a boss and a reason to get to work. Explore how docbots can connect leadership, departments and the people doing the work.

EXPLORE THE REPORTING LINE

Select a role for its responsibilities. Use + / − to reveal teams. Lines show the primary reporting relationship.

ONE TEAM. SHARED CAPACITY.

Your AI accounts.
A coordinated workload.

Connect the accounts and APIs you already use. Route approved work to eligible models based on capabilities, available capacity, cost and data policy. When an account is busy, another eligible account can take the next task—or the task waits.

This simulation uses example task slots, not actual provider quotas. Account support, provider terms and routing policies are confirmed during deployment. A local-only task stays local.

Bots prepare, coordinate and execute permitted work. People keep the authority you assign to them. Legal, financial, hiring and governance decisions can retain explicit human approval. Reporting structures vary by company; this is a starting point, not a required template.

Watch Milo at work ↗

How does the Deployment Engineer Service work?

Request access and tell us about your organization. We discuss the engagement, then bring onsite deployment engineers together with your leadership, managers, IT, Finance and other stakeholders. The deployment is configured around your workflows, systems and people.

What is docbots?

docbots.io is an AI workspace available through our Deployment Engineer Service. We configure bots, conversations, tasks and tailored workflows around your organization, then help distribute access to your people.

Can I choose which bots a guest can use?

Yes. Select an organization and specific bots when you invite someone. Guests share those bots’ existing chats and tasks. They do not receive access to unselected bots, and you can revoke their access.

Is Milo connected to my private workspace?

No. The homepage shows a repeating animation with fictional spreadsheets, documents and daily tasks. It does not read private chats, access accounts or edit real files.

How do I get started?

If you have an invitation, open the link in your email and sign in with that same email address. For a new organization, request a Deployment Engineer Service engagement. Already a member? Use Sign in.

What does it cost?

Deployment Engineer Service engagements are available by request. Scope, availability and pricing are discussed around your organization’s needs; this page does not offer a self-service subscription or published pricing.

HOMEPAGE DEMONSTRATION

A note on privacy.

The Milo desktop is an automated demonstration using fictional sample data. It does not accept chat prompts, edit real documents or connect to your private workspace. This homepage does not use advertising trackers.

Cloudflare processes requests to deliver and protect this site. The desktop animation runs in your browser and does not send task or document content to an AI service.

If you request access, we store your name, email, organization details and the role information you submit so the docbots team can review and respond. Your request is also delivered to our inbox through Brevo. To ask about or delete a request, email hello@docbots.io. Access request details are not sent to Milo.

The demonstration cannot access the private docbots app. If you follow a sign-in link or email us, those services handle the information you choose to provide there.
